A. Definition
A HRIS, which is also known as a human resource information system or human resource management system (HRMS), is basically an intersection of human resources and information technology through HR software. This allows HR activities and processes to occur electronically.
B. Purpose
- To ease, make a valid input data and strengthen the HR system.
- To make the system more efficient and effective.

a. Project Request
As the employees of Margatama Company increased significantly, so the company asked us to make an information system to ease the company to save their employees data.
In the first release, system must be able to:
- Inputs new employee data, delete employee data and edit employee data
- Records employee’s overtime data.
- Records employee’s annual leave, and
- Records employee’s payment
Start date : 13 November 2016
ETA : 13 December 2016
b. Resources Allocation
For this medium priority project we need :
1.1 analyst.
Analyst will create the flowchart and ER
1.2 programmer
which will handle back-end and front-end of system.
1.2 Tester. Automation test, Functionality test and design document test.
